It seems the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) must up their game in the Ashanti region of Ghana if they want to maintain their unbreakable record of amassing the majority of votes, in almost every election held in the country since 1992.
As the 2020 general election draws closer, men of God in the country have been revealing various forms of predictions particularly on who they claim God has ordained to be the next President of Ghana, and the political party likely to win the December 7th election.
The latest to add his voice to these prophecies is the head pastor and founder of the Jilem Chapel international, which has its headquarters at Kasoa Toll Booth in the Central Region of Ghana.
Apostle Richard Kwame Owusu on Friday, November 21, 2020, told Kwame Nkrumah Tikesie on the Okay FM Ade Akye Abia Morning Show that the NPP will lose more Parliamentary seats in the Ashanti Region which remains their electoral world bank.
Apostle Richard Kwame Owusu was emphatic that, in a ratio of one hundred percent (100%), the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) stand a chance of securing forty percent (40%) of the total Parliamentary seats in the Ashanti Region, as against sixty percent (60%) to the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP).
“it is very unlikely that the NDC will secure forty percent of parliamentary seats in the Ashanti Region, which is the world bank of the NPP, but it will happen in December.
Marky my words and call me again after the election. The NDC will pull surprises in the Ashanti Region. It is God who has asked me to tell Ghanaians. In 2016, I prophesied victory for Akufo Addo and he won, so this prophecy will not miss”. Apostle Kwame Owusu noted.
He was unable to predict which political party will win the upcoming polls as he claims God has not revealed that to him yet.
