Speaking today on UTV, Professor Ransford Gyampo made it clear that the National Democratic Congress and the New Patriotic Party knows their results.
According to him, their reaction shows and they are just waiting for the declaration from the electoral commission. He said they have the state of art machines to calculate the results and the outcome is known.
He further stated that no political party can tell the electoral commission has touched the election by any means if they lose, he claims they know it already but they would create just create situations.
He claims he would not predict the winner even though he can tell by the current projections made. Professor Ransford Gyampo cautioned the party members not to over jubilate after the results comes out.
He ended by saying Ghanaians should be vigilant and they should study the reactions of the political party executive and Ghanaians would surely know the winning team.
