The chairperson of the electoral commission of Ghana, has come out this morning to say that their calculations were not accurate following Twitter Mathematicians calculations yesterday.
The Chairperson in her Declaration yesterday quoted a different figure as Total valid Votes cast.
“The Chairperson of the electoral commission inadvertently used 13,433,573 as total valid votes cast. The total valid votes cast is 13,119,460” the Commission confessed to the act in a release.
This indicates the opposition party has a point in rejecting the election results, branding it as flawed.
